Rental fees

All ingoing fee’s are paid for by the Landlord

Referencing Charges: £90 per person

Tenancy Agreement: £125.00

Managed Fee is 10% of the rental revenue of the rental term.

Unmanaged fee is 6% of the rental revenue for a 12 month period, there is no renewal fee if the existing tenant renews the tenancy.

Change of a tenant during an existing tenancy is £125 for the agreement and £90 per person for the referencing required (payable by the existing tenant.
